1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address), payment information processed by our payment provider (Stripe), and usage data such as lesson progress and watch time.

When you start a WhatsApp chat from the Service, we record a reference code that is added to your message, the page you started it from, how you found the Service (for example a search engine or an ad campaign), your device type and country. We use this to answer your question and to understand which pages and campaigns help students. If you later create an account or subscribe, we link them to that reference.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, payment reminders), and personalize your learning experience.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (payment processing, email delivery, video hosting) and as required by law. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and a cookie that remembers your WhatsApp chat reference. Your browser’s local storage keeps how you arrived at the Service until you start a chat. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.

8. Children’s Privacy
