Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

Yearly Subscriptions

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on yearly subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the course, contact us within 14 days of the initial purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, the current year’s payment is non-refundable.

Yearly subscriptions renew automatically every 12 months. You can cancel at any time from your account’s billing portal — you will keep access until the end of the year you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@mathsimplified.org with your account email and reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if we detect abuse of the refund policy, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or if a significant portion of the course content has already been accessed.
